You'll also enjoy access to a wide range of shared building amenities, including: * Heated indoor lap pool * Hot tub / Jacuzzi * Wood-paneled sauna * Fully equipped gym * Business center * Spacious shared decks with BBQ grills and seating * 24-hour concierge service Please note that shared amenities are closed daily from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM. The Neighborhood Your prime downtown location puts the best of Seattle at your doorstep. You are within easy walking distance of the city's top attractions, including the Seattle Aquarium, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, the Seattle Symphony, and numerous museums. For your convenience, a Target store is located right below the building. Getting Around One complimentary parking spot is available for your use in our secure, gated garage. Please note that the vehicle height clearance for the parking spot is 6.4 feet. Keys and a key fob for access will be provided at check-in. Important Information This property is located in a private, secure, luxury residential tower. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests, the building's Homeowners Association (HOA) requires a brief pre-registration process for all short-term stays. * After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete the required pre-registration. * This includes signing a short-term rental agreement and reviewing the HOA rules. * All forms must be submitted within 24 hours after booking. House Rules To ensure a comfortable stay and adhere to building policies, please note the following rules: * The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years of age, per HOA requirements. * Children aged 15 or above. * No animals or pets are allowed due to the owner's severe allergies. If you are traveling with a service animal, we kindly ask that you book a different property that can safely accommodate animals without posing a health risk to the owner. Guest access You will have access to an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, business center, and a common deck with barbecue grill, seating, and an overlook to see Puget Sound and Pike Place Market. Other things to note This location is in a premier spot in Downtown Seattle in the New Mark Tower. It sits above a Target store to add to your convenience. It’s important to note that the expectation of HOA is to have a wonderful experience for the residents who own Condos in the building, as well as visiting guests. For that reason, we screen past behavioral issues as well as other incidents that guests have had when requesting to stay. This is to maintain the environment already established by the other owners in the building.
