There are stairs to access this property. There is a Streep decline to get to the lake, caution is suggested. Rental agreement due 24 hours after booking. No animals due to health concerns /owners allergies. Children are required to be accompanied at all time while at the property. There is a trampoline and other playground equipment out back. By using this equipment guest accept all legal liability .
